Orbit Plug Valve
Orbit plug valve, also known as double block and double bleed valve non-lubricated, double seal plug valve is suitable for aviation kerosene, crude oil, light oil, natural gas, liquefied gas, pipeline gas, chemical medium and other pipelines, as an ideal device for cutting off medium. The key to the working principle of the valve is the action of two sealing sliding blades installed on the cock.

The plug can rotate flexibly, and can ensure the sealing of inlet and outlet ends and middle flange. At the same time,Viton is used for sealing. The sealing performance is realized by the sealing ring around the valve plug.
During the maintenance of the valve, it is not necessary to remove the valve from the pipeline, but to remove the valve bottom cover and replace a pair of sliding plates, which is very convenient for maintenance.
The valve body and plug are full bore, the medium has no flow resistance when passing through the valve, and the pipeline can be cleaned by passing through the ball, which overcomes the shortcomings of reducing bore valve.
The valve has an automatic relief device (optional) to prevent abnormal pressure rise in the valve chamber after the valve is fully closed and to check the effect of the valve.
