Lift Plug Valve
The lift plug valve features various structural designs, classified by the material of the sealing surface into soft seat and metal seat types. The operation principle involves the plug lifting when the valve is opened, then rotating 90 degrees to fully open the valve, minimizing friction with the valve body’s sealing surface. To close the valve, the plug rotates 90 degrees to the closed position and then drops to engage with the sealing surface, ensuring a tight seal.
