Reduced Bore Plug Valve

Reduced bore plug valves can be used as ideal cutting off valves in any working condition, including most critical environments, and feature a very compact design, requiring only less installation space. They are also applicable in occasions requiring quick action, without failure, and high sealing effectiveness, and can be installed in various positions. The basic operation of this type of plug valve is quite convenient: the valve will open or close by turning 90 degrees.

3. Venturi Pattern Plug Valves

Specifications: Longer face-to-face dimensions with rectangular port areas (40-50% of a Full Bore Plug Valve).
Features: Minimizes pressure drop due to long lead-in and lead-out of the port.

4. Full Bore Plug Valves

Application: Best for unrestricted flow and highly abrasive conditions.
Specifications: Long face-to-face dimensions with a round port not smaller than the minimum diameter specified in ASME B16.34 or API 6D.
Features: Allows the passage of pigs, minimizes pressure drop, and reduces erosion.
