Full Bore Pressure Balance Lubricated Plug Valve Introduction

Full Bore plug valves combine the benefits of lubricated plug valves with the added advantage of a full bore design. This feature makes them ideal for use as "Piggable" mainline isolation valves, or in any application where unrestricted internal diameter (ID) is crucial—such as in cases involving high velocity media, abrasion, or to minimize pressure drop (CV losses). These valves are commonly used in industries such as petroleum, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, chemical fertilizers, and power generation.
Known as Pressure Balance Lubricated Plug Valves, they are designed to handle medium pressures ranging from class 150 to 2500 LB and temperatures from -29°C to +180°C, or -40°C to +450°C. Their robust design allows them to effectively cut and connect pipeline media in a variety of challenging conditions.
