Sleeve lined plug valve
The fluorine lined plug valve is suitable for aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, organic acid, strong acid and strong oxidant of various concentrations from - 50 ℃ to 150 ℃. FEP is also applicable to the pipelines with various concentrations of strong alkali organic solvents and other corrosive gases and liquid media.
Sleeve lined plug valve-Feature
FEP or PCTFE is lined on all valve bodies and plug channel surfaces of X43F3 and X43F46 fluorine lined plug valves. It has a unique rocker arm adjusting device and an ideal design of the cone angle of the cock. It has the advantages of sealing at the inlet and outlet at the same time. In the whole working process, the friction coefficient of the sealing pair is small, and the piston can run flexibly without lubrication.
The product has reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance and beautiful appearance.
Its sealing is realized by the sealing face around the sleeve. It has unique 360 degree metal edge for protection and fixing of the sleeve.
The plug and lined valve body have ideal taper design. When the valve cannot be sealed due to wear during use, the adjusting screw on the valve cover can be adjusted to make the cock move downward to compensate the sealing force on the sealing surface
Its characteristic double-direction flow makes installation and use more convenient.
Bi-directional in-line bubble-tight seal independent of line pressure.
