The Y-type strainer is designed for use in water, oil, and gas pipelines as well as various equipment. Its primary function is to remove impurities from the medium flowing through the pipe, thereby protecting pressure reducing valves, pressure relief valves, constant water level valves, and water pumps, ensuring their normal operation. It is recommended to install the Y-type strainer at the inlet.

The Y-type strainer should be installed at the front end of each matching valve in the water inlet pipeline. As the medium in the pipeline enters the filter, it passes through the filter screen before entering the connected valve. This process ensures that impurities are trapped in the filter barrel, preventing mechanical debris from damaging the sealing rings of various valves.

1. The Y-type strainer screen features a stainless steel double-layer net structure, making it both firm and durable. It boasts an advanced design with low flow resistance and convenient sewage discharge.

2. Filter Screen Mesh Sizes (Adjustable to User Needs):
Water Supply Network: 18-30 mesh
Ventilation Network: 40-100 mesh
Oil Network: 100-480 mesh

3. A blow-down plug at the drain port allows for clean-out without removing the screen or interrupting the process flow, available upon request.

4. Additional Features: SS 304 perforated screens are standard. Drain/Blow-off connection is furnished with a plug as standard.
