The Y-type filter is vital for water, oil, and gas pipelines and equipment. It safeguards pressure reducing valves, relief valves, water level valves, and pumps by removing medium impurities, ensuring smooth operation. Install it at the inlet, with water filter screens typically at 10-30 mesh/cm2, air filter screen at 40-100 mesh/cm2, and oil filter screen at 60-200 mesh/cm2.
The Y-type strainer is positioned at the inlet of each corresponding valve in the water inlet pipeline. As the medium flows through the filter, impurities are captured by the screen, ensuring that connected valves remain unobstructed and prevent mechanical debris from interfering with sealing rings.

The Y-type strainer screen features a stainless steel double-layer net structure, offering durability and advanced functionality. With minimal flow resistance and easy sewage discharge, it ensures efficient operation.
Mesh size can be tailored to user preferences, typically ranging from 18-30 mesh for water supply, 40-100 mesh for ventilation, and 100-480 mesh for oil.
A blow-down plug on the drain port facilitates clean-out without screen removal or process flow interruption.
Standard features include SS 304 perforated screens and a drain/blow-off connection with a plug.
