Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve-Features

The Three Eccentric Laminate Hard Seal Flange Butterfly Valve features a unique design with three distinct offsets:
  • First Eccentric: The shaft is offset from the centerline of the sealing face.
  • Second Eccentric: The shaft deviates from the centerline of both the pipe and the valve.
  • Third Eccentric: This is defined by the angle between the oblique taper of the eccentric seat and the pipe's centerline.

These three offsets ensure that the seat fully disengages from the sealing ring during the entire opening and closing cycle. This design leverages a cam effect to minimize abrasion and leakage, enhancing the valve's durability and performance.
