The valve seat combines laminated stainless steel with graphite, providing both hard and soft sealing compatibility. Crafted with exquisite processing and advanced technology, the valve comprises a valve body, butterfly disc, laminate seal, valve stem, and transmission mechanism. It is widely used in metallurgy, electric power, petroleum, chemical industries, as well as in air, gas, combustible gas, and water supply and drainage pipelines.

Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve-Features

The Three Eccentric Laminate Hard Seal Flange Butterfly Valve features a unique three-offset design. The first offset is the shaft deviating from the centerline of the sealing face, the second offset is the shaft deviating from the centerline of the pipe and valve, and the third offset is the distinctive angle between the oblique taper angle of the eccentric seat and the pipe centerline. This design ensures the seat completely disengages from the sealing ring throughout the opening and closing process. By utilizing the cam effect, this structure eliminates the possibility of abrasion and leakage, enhancing both durability and sealing performance.
