Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve – Three Distinct Eccentricities
The triple eccentric butterfly valve is characterized by three distinct eccentricities:
First Eccentricity: The shaft is offset from the centerline of the sealing face.
Second Eccentricity: The shaft is offset from the centerline of the pipe and valve.
Third Eccentricity: There is a notable included angle between the oblique taper of the eccentric seat and the centerline of the pipe.
This design ensures that the seat is completely disengaged from the sealing ring throughout the entire opening and closing process. The triple eccentric structure not only leverages the cam effect but also effectively prevents abrasion and leakage.
