Bellow Seal Globe Valve
The bellows seal globe valve is designed to prevent medium leakage from the valve stem by providing a robust seal. The lower end of the bellows is welded to the valve stem, while the upper end is welded to the gland. A metal spiral wound gasket is typically installed between the gland and the upper flange to ensure a tight seal. This design ensures strong sealing performance with minimal leakage. The bellows seal globe valve is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, chemical fertilizers, and power generation.
Bellow Seal Globe Valve Features
1. The bellows stop valve features a metal bellows as its key component. The lower end is automatically roll-welded to the valve stem, and the upper end is automatically welded to the connecting plate, creating a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere to ensure zero leakage from the valve stem.
2. The valve disc is designed with parallel surfaces for improved sealing performance and a longer service life.
3. The valve incorporates a double seal design (bellows plus packing) to prevent leakage in case of bellows failure, meeting international sealing standards.
4. The valve cover includes a greasing joint for direct lubrication of the valve stem, nut, and shaft sleeve, unlike traditional methods that only lubricate the thread.
5. The handwheel features an ergonomic design for enhanced durability, ease of operation, and increased safety and reliability.
