CD4MCu is a widely used material in the pump industry, particularly in abrasive applications like pump casings and impellers. Unlike regular stainless steel, CD4MCu is highly resistant to pitting, offers better stress and corrosion cracking resistance, and possesses greater strength. Compared to standard cast iron, it is significantly more corrosion-resistant and stronger.
CD4MCu is a Fe-Cr-Ni-Mo duplex stainless steel, known for its superior corrosion resistance compared to standard 18-8 Cr-Ni and 18-14-2/18-14-3 Cr-Ni-Mo stainless steel alloys. It meets the casting material standard ASTM A890 Grade 1A, Type 25Cr-5Ni-Mo-Cu, UNS J93370, ACI CD4MCu, Z3CNUD26•05M, and SS2605.

PTFE Sleeved Plug Valve - Feature
1. This product features a well-designed structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance, and an attractive appearance. The sealing is achieved through the sealing face around the sleeve, which is uniquely protected and secured by a 360-degree metal edge. The valve's design includes no cavities, preventing the accumulation of medium.
2. The metal edge also serves a self-cleaning function when the plug is rotated, making it ideal for applications involving sticky or smudge-prone substances. Its bi-directional flow capability simplifies installation and usage. Additionally, it offers a bi-directional in-line bubble-tight seal that operates independently of line pressure.
3. The valve is equipped with a static electricity eliminator that maintains constant contact with the plug, effectively discharging any static electricity generated by the free-floating liquid media.
