The Metal Seated Ball Valve is designed to withstand high temperatures, reaching up to 540°C (and potentially higher depending on the materials used for the body and trim) or for applications requiring abrasion resistance. Metal Seated Ball Valves are engineered to provide zero leakage, ensuring a bubble-tight seal. They are often referred to as metal-to-metal ball valves because both the seat and the ball are constructed from metal.

In a metal-seated ball valve, the seat ring and ball undergo precise machining, followed by coating through the high-velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) process. They are then lapped to ensure a precise match, resulting in a positive seal for bubble-tight performance. Our Metal Seated Trunnion Ball Valves offer numerous advantages, including excellent corrosion and wear resistance, tight shut-off capabilities, smooth control, low torque requirements, and suitability for a wide range of temperatures and pressures. Additionally, they maintain stability under pressure, providing a long service life with exceptional fugitive emissions performance and low operating torques, even in the most demanding applications.

Zero Leak Metal Seated Ball Valve

The sealing between the seat and body is O-ring. It is designed for temperature below 150˚C and zero leakage warrenty. This design is for gas comprssion project ect.

Leakage Rate: Zero leakage available (MUCH higher level than ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class V shut-off, Class VI).

Types: Metal seated trunnion ball valves and metal seated floating ball valves.

Metal Seated Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves are split-body,  trunnion-mounted ball valve with spring-loaded seats with cavity relief,  they are double block-and-bleed capability.

Metal seated floating ball valve is with Zero leakage for hightemperature operating conditions. Furthermore, seats with hard surface materials in Chromium Carbide, Tungsten Carbide or Stellite are also available. All floating ball valve are Antistatic Design and Automatic Body Cavity Relief.
Metal seated floating ball valve series includes a specific model for highly abrasive catalyst services or with the presence of solids, called SAT3.

Features & Benefits

a) Unique, the metal seated ball valve with patented single-seat ball valve design. It has a flat spring set acting through a hard-faced bearing against the bottom ball shaft which provides sufficient initial ball-seat load for valve tightness, even at low delta P.
b) Metal seated ball valve proven in qualification tests and field operation to be solids–proof, even for the toughest applications on slurry service with solids particles.
c) Tightness rates: Allowable leakage rate at full Delta P: ASME/ FCI 70-2 Class VI/V. Tighter shutoff available upon request.
The leakage rate also can be customization from end-user request
d) The metal seated ball valve with standard extension bonnet/stem, whose design base on the different temperature range.
e) Uni-directional or bi-directional sealing

To ensure the reliability of our products, our ball valve designs undergo validation through actual prototype testing, which includes rigorous high-cycle testing. Our valves are manufactured using state-of-the-art manufacturing technology and adhere to stringent quality control standards throughout the production process.
