The PTFE-sleeved plug valve, according to ANSI standards, is suitable for cutting and connecting pipeline mediums in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceuticals, chemical fertilizers, and power generation. It operates under nominal pressures ranging from Class 150 to 900 LB and temperatures from -29°C to 180°C.
Full Bore PTFE Sleeved Plug Valve-Feature
The product features a reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance, and a beautiful appearance.
Its sealing is achieved by the sealing face around the sleeve, which has a unique 360-degree metal edge for protection and fixing of the sleeve.
There is no cavity in the valve for the accumulation of medium.
The metal edge provides a self-cleaning function when the plug is rotated, making it suitable for operations where the medium is viscous and prone to smudging.
Its characteristic bidirectional flow makes installation and use more convenient.
The valve ensures a bi-directional, in-line, bubble-tight seal independent of line pressure.
A static electricity eliminator is always in contact with the plug, releasing static electricity from the free-floating liquid media.
