Resilient Seated Butterfly Valve

The butterfly valve of our factory can be used in the pipeline of petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, papermaking, hydropower, ship, water supply and drainage, metallurgy, energy and other systems. It is suitable for a variety of corrosive gas, liquid, semi liquid and solid powder media. Operate mode: handle, worm gear drive, pneumatic, electric, etc. The diameter range is DN50-DN2400. (2-96 Inch)

Resilient Seated Butterfly Valve-Features

1.Separate bushings provide correct alignment of the shaft through the body and reduces operating torque
2.Stem is fully retained by pins to the valve disc to form a blowout proof valve design.
3.The stem is sealed by two separate o-rings and an integral seal in the seat to ensure absolutely no external leakage for the life of the valve.
4.The replaceable resilient seat surface extends past the valve face to eliminate the need for gaskets on flanged installations. Installation time is greatly reduced by this feature
5.The reduced torque allows the use of smaller, wider variety, and more economical actuators while still covering the close-off requirements
