Threaded Forged Globe Valve Forged steel globe valves are available with three cover design options:
Bolted Bonnet: The valve body and bonnet are joined with bolts and nuts, featuring a spiral wound gasket made from 316 clip flexible graphite for sealing. Metal ring connections can be provided upon request.
Welded Bonnet: This design connects the valve body and bonnet through threading and is sealed by full welding. Full penetration welding is available for special requirements.
Pressure Seal Bonnet: In this design, the valve body and bonnet are threaded together and sealed with an internal pressure self-sealing ring.
