Double Block & Bleed Valve can be made with full bore and reduced bore, and as per option, can be made of forged steel and cast steel.
When the pipeline medium needs to be cut off, it is only necessary to rotate one of the balls to cut off the pipeline medium, and the other sphere can only act after the valve seat sealing component of the sphere fails.
The two ball bodies can also be operated alternately to achieve double insurance and double cut-off effects on pipelines. The two ball valves are integrally formed, so there is no need to adjust the flow center line of the two ball valves when installing,
It also reduces one connection point and one leakage point in the direct series installation of two ball valves, which is safe and reliable.
